According to Fifth Domain, government agencies moving to the cloud are now able to make the switch more easily as the OMB updates its policies. 

The Office of Management and Budget cancelled several decade-old policies that required the internet traffic of federal agencies to flow through a physical Trusted Internet Connection, a long-awaited update that’s meant to increase the flexibility of agencies migrating to the cloud while maintaining their cybersecurity posture.

Bloomberg is offering customers real time market data via the cloud, reports Hedgeweek. 

Building on the initial launch of B-PIPE in the cloud for US-based clients, Bloomberg will work with AWS to support customers around the world to gain immediate and reliable access to real-time market data.

According to ZD Net, many businesses are considering a hybrid approach to the cloud.  

No doubt about it, hybrid is hot. The latest data from the Flexera-Rightscale survey on cloud adoption finds enterprises "are prioritizing a balance of public and private clouds."
