Xero is changing the titles of several senior executives.  The changes, noted in the biographies in a recent prospectus for a $300 million-note offering, are all additions to existing titles. That’s except for Kirsty Godfrey-Billby, chief accounting officer, who becomes CFO on October 1.

Intuit has defined its target market for the new QuickBooks Online Advanced. In a webcast of this week’s Investor’s day presentation, EVP Sasan Goodarzi, who will take over as CEO in January, said the company’s target for Advanced is companies with 10 to 100 employees.
