Google Cloud is hiring a team of blockchain experts to capitalize on the move to decentralized Web 3 applications, the company wrote in a blog post Thursday.

According to Infoworld, the winner of the cloud wars will be the provider that provides the most options for users.

There’s a new pragmatism in cloud land. Gone are the days when the former CEO of AWS, Andy Jassy, called private cloud “archaic” and dismissed it as “not real” cloud.
