A sizeable chunk of this astronomical number is made up of administrative costs, averaging at 31%. As innovations in technology continue to offer solutions for real-world problems, cloud computing systems are single-handedly revolutionizing global healthcare. According to a report by West Monroe Partners, the health care industry is farthest along in cloud adoption, with the surveyed healthcare organizations housing almost 50% of their data and infrastructure in the cloud.

The fact that Infor issued 21 press releases on the first day of its Inforum conference this week indicates the broad product announcements made. No wonder CEO Charles Phillips’ keynote was preceded by a marching band and day before the event, Infor said it will be actively hiring.
