According to HPC Wire, researchers at the the University of California Berkeley have released a new paper detailing the evolution of cloud computing to a new serverless format.  

HashiCorp wants to take the grunt work out of computing, reports Wired. To that end, they have written a program, TerraForm that lets users automate setting up cloud infrastructure.
