According to CNBC, Microsoft is offering other governments infrastructures similar to DoD’s JEDI package. 

Microsoft is signing deals with foreign governments to offer cloud infrastructure packages similar to the bundle it assembled for the U.S. Defense Department, people familiar with the matter said.

Hollywood is investing in the cloud, Microsoft and Universal Filmed Entertainment have entered into a strategic partnership, reports the Hollywood Reporter. 

Universal Filmed Entertainment and Microsoft have formed a strategic partnership to use the cloud to build new live-action and animation production processes.

According to Forbes, the pandemic has altered many business landscapes, but most especially healthcare, causing many healthcare providers to ramp up their transition to the cloud. 

In 2019, Healthcare IT News stated that 53% of healthcare organizations surveyed identified cloud computing as a strategic priority. However, only 7% of respondents had a fully developed digital strategy in place.
