Microsoft Seeks to Link Satellites to Cloud Service
"I was up early on a very cold morning in New Mexico to ride my motorcycle back toward home (Phoenix). The sun started coming up so I stopped to get some warmth and was captivated by these eerie looking radio telescopes. The dawn light gave me just the feeling I was experiencing at the time. According to CNBC, Microsoft is taking steps to link satellites with its cloud network.
Microsoft is looking to challenge Amazon in offering a service that connects satellites directly to the company’s cloud computing network, according to documents the company filed with the Federal Communications Commission last month
